Need to stock the freezer? If so, custom ordering either a half or whole beef is the most economical way to go. The beauty of ordering this way is that it allows you to customize all your cuts, thickness of cuts, which cuts to grind or not....basically, we cater to your needs.
We do require an up front deposit to secure your beef order and will send a final invoice once we receive your beef and are able to weigh it. This assures that you are getting charged for EXACTLY what goes into your freezer.
The cost for bulk beef will be $5.25 (whole beef) and $5.50 (half beef) per hanging weight lb which is an amazing price. Our goal is to provide you with protein needs at the best possible pricing for our quality of cattle. We have successfully provided custom beef orders to our local community and now it's time to provide it to those outside or our area.

To put it into perspective a whole beef will last our family AT LEAST a year. And we eat a lot of beef! Don't feel like you have to keep all the meat yourself, grab a few family members and/or friends and split the cost and divvy it up as you see fit. There's certainly creative ways to make this happen easily.
