Coulotte's, a.k.a. Picanha, first made popular is Brazil, is known for its impeccable flavor due to its fat cap. This fat cap infuses throughout the meat as it's cooking and leaves you with a savory cut of meat.
Picanha, sometimes referred to as a Coulotte or Coulette, is a petite cut as a steak and will usually come in packs of 2 from MTXBeef. If you prefer the whole muscle, we have that too! Whole Picanha's will come 2 per order.
All beef boxes will come UPS ground in an insulator box packed with dry ice to assure for the safe arrival. Due to the increase in materials cost we have shared some of that cost with you in the shipping charges. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to add an extra layer of insurance and each shipment can take up to two weeks to arrive.
